5+ years of experience in
commercial real estate transaction work, including
significant experience in acquisitions, dispositions and
financings. General experience with corporate formation
matters and UCC Article 9 is also desirable. Work under
minimal supervision to support the attorneys and clients of
the OC real estate practice group, as well as provide
as-needed assistance to other real estate practice groups in
this international law firm.
Requires strong organizational, research and writing skills,
a demonstrated ability to manage ongoing client
relationships and a superior initiative to take on and
complete special projects. Must have strong interpersonal
skills; ability to prioritize tasks; superior
ability/commitment to meet deadlines, strong analytical and
problem-solving skills; and ability/willingness to work
overtime as necessary. Proficiency with MS Word is expected.
An undergraduate degree and paralegal certificate from an
ABA-approved program is required.
