E-filing
All papers in Complex Civil actions must be electronically filed with the OC Superior Court unless the party has been specifically excused from doing so. Local Rules - Superior Court of California, County of Orange, rule 308. For information regarding E-filing, refer to the E-file User Manual. You can contact the E-file help line at (714) 568-4714 for answers to most questions.
