CEO, Rose Mary Bordwell, CAC, CSP, is a successful legal recruiter with over twenty-five years of experience, including nine years as a law school director of career services. She is a California Accredited Consultant, a Certified Staffing Professional, a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and an advisory board member for the paralegal program at Coastline Community College.
Bordwell was named California Staffing Professional of the Year and in 2009 she was awarded the prestigious James R. Pierce Lifetime Achievement Award, acknowledging her dedication and commitment to the recruiting industry.
Senior Legal and Corporate Recruiter, Kellie Lewis, CAC, CSP, is a savvy staffing professional with over ten years of recruiting experience. A true HR generalist, Lewis is skilled in placing corporate professionals at all levels, over multiple industries. She is a California Accredited Consultant, a Certified Staffing Professional and a master at social networking.
Lewis has been honored with numerous awards, named Orange County's Staffing Professional of the year in 2008, and recognized as an OC Women in Business nominee.
Research and Writing Assistant, Randall Sage-Cuneo, is a recent graduate from California State University, Fullerton, with a degree in History. Sage-Cuneo conducts in-depth research and provides background information on companies and law firms. He also maintains the integrity of Bordwell & Associates' databases.
