Jr. Legal Secretary or Administrative Assistant - Orange County, CA  new

Jr. Legal Secretary or Legal Administrative Assistant to join an exciting and congenial law firm near OC airport. This full-time (40 hours/week) position is open due to a recent staff promotion. Firm offers an excellent compensation and benefit package. 

Responsibilities include:
• copying and scanning documents
• preparing documents from dictation
• entering attorney timesheets
• preparing credit card and check request forms
• assisting in file opening and closing tasks and overall general support
• all tasks involve observing confidentiality in all client and firm matters

Qualifications:
• at least 1 years’ experience working in a law firm in a similar capacity
• dependable, with consistent record of follow though
• team player with good computer skills

Prominent law firm in Irvine, needs an experienced Litigation Secretary for a long-term TEMP ASSIGNMENT beginning March 9th. Looking for a team player with 5+ years of recent litigation experience, knowledge of state and federal court rules, and excellent references.
